I had trouble adjusting my subscription on the website so I emailed customer service. I was contracted quickly and my subscription was adjusted as I wanted. The Instant Rosacea, Acne & Redness Stopper has worked better on my Rosacea than my prescription.

I placed an order for this product and when they arrived the jars were cracked and I was worried about glass shards in the product, so I contacted customer service and they had new product at my door within 3 days. They were great, as is the product! 5 stars! My only suggestion to them is to switch to renewable and compostable shipping materials since their plastic bags feel very off-brand and a small box would likely be safer and better for the planet and their brand.

This company is 100% honest in their claims. Their products deliver results superior to any facial skin care line I have EVER used! I am in my late 50’s and have tried alot of other products thru the years. None deliver like these products do. I will never go back to any of the others.
