The customer service here is PHENOMENAL
The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! I didn't see my auto renew email and the order went through when I didn't quite need it yet. I asked customer service if they could cancel and their response was SO fast!! I really appreciate excellent customer service and they went above and beyond.

Broken replacement
One item in my first shipment was broken. I sent a message and photo of the issue, and it was resolved in less than a day.

Lived up to the hype

Great communication at Froya.
Great communication at Froya. The product is so nice, it makes me feel like I am really feeding my skin. Love the new routine and how it makes my skin feel. When I needed to adjust the autoship dates the website had a popup that I could not get around so they handled it through email. Many thanks for a great product and kind people running the business!

great customer service
great customer service! I entered by mistake an incorrect delivery address. I wrote to he customer support and immediately the address was corrected before the item was shipped. I am looking forward to my delivery!

Great products! The jars last forever! I’ve had my first set for 4 months and they are still half full, and I use them daily. Work great!

Great customer service
I made a mistake and accidentally ordered an item I didn't mean to. They were responsive and fixed/refunded the issue before it shipped - and were nice about it! I really appreciate it, and am looking forward to what I did order.
