Froya has an automated subscription system that you can't modify until after you get a shipment; however, I had already tested the products without subscribe and save and knew that the scheduled delivery would be way too soon. When I emailed to ask them to adjust the delivery date per my experience with their products, they immediately fixed it for me, no questions asked. I really appreciated that they were more focused on my experience with the product throughout the consumer process instead of their bottom line. They could easily be a little suspicious and force an early delivery and make someone just hold on to the products, and they were like, nah fam, no one likes a cluttered closet. So, let me move to a ten-week delivery, and I'm so glad I don't have to think about when to re-up nor where to store the excess products!

I have not used the product yet. In fact, I was sent the wrong product, but my experience with customer service has been fabulous. When I notified them of the mix-up, I was promptly sent the right order, and they let me keep the item that was accidentally sent. I’m looking forward to giving this a try! If it works as well as they claim, this will become part of my new routine.

The products are easy to use and my skin looks much healthier and brighter. I can skip makeup more often when I don't want to use it. I have been using it twice daily, most days and my skin looks good. I still have wrinkles, I don't know if there is any difference there, but as those took decades to appear, 6 months of use isn't likely to erase them. I will continue to use it as it is high quality and simple and effective for me.
