So far, I’ve been contacting customer support because I had a lot of questions regarding the products and the best way to use them. They are quick at responding and very thorough. Answered all my questions with patience. The products so far have been good, I’m only on day 4 and my skin already feels healthy and refresh. Can’t wait to see the results.

I love the product, and have a subscription. I hadn’t needed to contact customer service before but I accidentally ordered my subscription to renew too early and contacted the help team immediately. The team responded quickly, and were able to intercept the accidental order at the warehouse and posted the refund to my account within the next business day, well before I even the expected a response. Would recommend!

Had a problem with my order, sent some photos of the jars that arrived all leaking. After a little bit of emailing back-and-forth and resending photos, a new replacement order was created. Which alleviated me greatly because I did not want to use the jars that arrived with the seals broken and also it is quite expensive so One does want to be taken care of properly by a company. And I definitely was with my service today.
