I accidentally provided the wrong address when using Apple Pay, since we have recently moved and that had not been updated. The customer service team was great in getting the address updated immediately for me. I look forward to trying the products!

Jennifer, so glad we could catch that and get the address updated in time!! Apple Pay autofilling an old address is such a classic and we know how stressful it can be. Happy it all worked out. Can't wait for you to try the products!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

My order, after a small delay, is on it's way, but from when I ordered, the Staff have been nothing but helpful and encouraging and the speed they reply is mind boggling !! Once I've had the products for a while (I ordered the anti-aging package) I shall write again with my opinion but until then nothing but good.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 27, 2026
Fiona, you are the sweetest!! So sorry about the small delay and so glad the team have been there for you every step of the way. We can't wait to hear how you feel about the anti-aging package once you've been using it for a while. We think you're going to love it!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I'm in my late 30's, and my skin was dull, and I was getting super frown lines on my forehead, to the point my 5 yr old was asking me why I was "angry" all the time.. Well 2 month's later and I was sold after the first use. My skin glows and is hydrated.. Truly has never felt so healthy, I don't even have to wear foundation or bb Cream anymore. My daughter says I dont look angry anymore.! These creams are magical and make me feel connected with Mother Earth and support my crunchy beliefs. The facial scrub I forget to use. Also the creams go a long way! I am in love with these products and share them with my friends and family.. THANK YOU FRØYA

Whitney, this honestly made my day!! "You don't look angry anymore" might be the best review title we've ever received. The fact that your daughter noticed such a visible difference in your skin after just 2 months is exactly why we do what we do. Glowing, healthy skin that you don't even need to cover up with foundation... that's everything! 🔥 So grateful you're sharing Frøya with your friends and family too. We're here whenever you need us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Unfortunately the product didn’t work out, but the customer service was fantastic. I showed them some pics of after use and they sent me a refund and cancelled my subscription. I gave the rest of the product to a friend to try.
