Frøya Organics has a wonderful customer service. Sadly, someone stole my package out of my mailbox and when I spoke with customer service, they did not hesitate to send me a new package. I am highly impressed with how fast they were, how understanding and caring. I cannot wait to get my face cream in the mail and start using it.

Amanda, I'm so sorry to hear about the stolen package, that's awful! But I'm really glad our team could get a new one out to you without hesitation. That's absolutely what should happen. Can't wait for you to finally get your hands on the face cream and try it out. Hope you love it!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
