The support team was very understanding of my cancelling a subscription. They explained the reasons for their cancellation policy which i accepted- but then they made an exception in my case. freya organics has one of the best customer service centers out there. I was really looking forward to getting my order and when it said it showed up and it was nowhere to be found, I reached out and got a response almost immediately. I have no idea if it was stolen or never really showed up, but after hearing my frustration, customer service immediately sent out a new order I received it and I am really loving the products I’ve been using them for about three days and I can already feel my face feeling more hydrated and they smell so good I will absolutely recommend this company.

Froya Organics R U L E ! I have been using these products for the past 5-6 months and my 68 year old skin has never felt and/or looked better.
