My second order arrived
My second order arrived, and this time I decided to try the hair products. When I opened the package, one of the products was open and leaked over the rest of the package. Everything else in the order seemed fine. I reached out to let Froya know and when I checked my email a few days later, I was asked to take a photo of the products that arrived. I snapped a few photos and sent it in and was told a replacement for the open product was being sent out. A problem occurred and was addressed immediately. Who can ask for more?
