Great support…
The support person was very promptly responsive and when I couldn’t manage my subscription, s/he fixed it for me. And cheerfully! Great support.

A Must Have Skincare Set
I was a bit leary abt trying yet another skincare product as I have a zillion of them. However, the glow day balm and the magic wrinkle night balm have both exceeded my expectations! Leaving my face moisturized and noticeably softer fine lines. I am now trying out the hyperpotent and eye bag balm and the pain relieving balm so the verdict is still out on those. One thing I had to really get used to was the natural scent of the balms. I found it to be a bit undesirable but am working thru that. Sometimes I just held my breath a bit but I'll get there!

Hey Nancy! I totally understand the skepticism when you've already tried a zillion products, so the fact that the glow day balm and magic wrinkle night balm won you over means a lot. Softer fine lines after just getting started is amazing! Love that you're branching out to the hyperpotent and eye bag balm too. And thanks for the honest feedback on the scent. Order procedure was easy and customer-friendly; delivery is performed within the expected timelines and as explained in the wellcome communication mail; the packaging is beatiful and respectful to the product and to the user; the recommendations for use are clear and comprehensive, yet motivating and simple; the application of the products and their effect are wonderful! just like promised to be; despite the very short time being used, due to very recent receipt of the products, the very first feeling of using them, is an amazing smoothness, the beautiful smell of mother-nature, the wonderful skin-friendly effect without any irritation and the beneficial long-lasting confidence having them on!
