Wonderful customer service and so prompt!
I have been watching the Froya ads online and had some questions before purchasing. At the bottom of the online order was a contact email and I took the chance that I might get a response to my questions and I was so pleasantly surprised that the response came within 24 hours and answered my questions thoroughly! Not only did they answer the clinical questions but just the wonderful customer service gave me 100% confidence in this company! I will be purchasing the products today!

These products are great
These products are great! I have eczema and rosacea and they are soothing and the scrub is gentle enough when I mix a tad with my vanicream gentle cleanser. (I love a good scrub). Customers service is prompt and friendly!

Although my skin was too sensitive to…
Although my skin was too sensitive to use one of the products I recently chose i still thought it was a very good product with natural ingredients. Its very common for me to have reactions like this one . I liked it so much that im passing it on to a friend that has much less sensitive issues . The company responded to my email immediately and the person i worked with was wonderful We worked out a very nice compromise that I am happy with . Would recommend this company based on my interaction with this representative.

Thank you to the customer service rep who quickly and without hesitation processed my refund after I realized I’d accidentally ordered two of the exact same product. I unfortunately do not have her or his name, but again, thank you for making that easy for me!

Quality products and customer service…
Quality products and customer service says it all. I wish the Froya facial products had been around when I was younger, BUT even so at age 75 I have noticed a major difference in cheek, jowl, and neck wrinkles after 2 months of use. Froya is a winner!
