A positive experience, great products.
An order for products that weren’t yet available in Australia had gone through. Frøya sent me a set of skin balms as compensation and refunded the money paid. I have been using their products for seven months now, and people comment frequently on the quality of my skin.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 16, 2026
Anita, seven months in and people commenting on the quality of your skin? That's exactly what we love to hear! We're glad we could make things right when those products weren't available in Australia yet. Thank you for sticking with us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I do Love all of the Frøya Organics…
I do Love all of the Frøya Organics products! They have helped with my aging face, psoriasis and arthritis, and I just started using thier hair products too, and my wildly Curley hair and sensitive scalp seems to love. And I had a coupon I couldn’t figure out how to apply it to a subscription I have, and customer service was awesome and very kindly applied it for me. So glad to have found these products.

And our customer service team will always be happy to help with things like coupons, no question too small. Thank you for this beautiful review, it truly made our day 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
