I have found their website to be difficult to navigate but their customer support is great. If I have an issue, I can email them my question and they respond very quickly with an answer to help. Their response is usually within minutes of sending my email. I have been using Froya products, Mature woman’s skin line and Instant Rosacea, Acne & Redness Stopper for about 6 weeks (age 50+). I have not seen a miracle but the products feel nourishing, clean and have done well with my very sensitive, aging and blemish prone skin. My skin is hydrated, soft and some fine lines look diminished. It takes a very small amount of product- start with a little and you can always add more. If I use too much my skin becomes oily. The scrub is a little abrasive for my skin so I dilute it and use it sparingly. Overall I am pleased with this skincare line and choose to continue using it as it is clean, cruelty free and feels nourishing on my skin. Please read all of the details on their website before ordering. There is a protocol for the money back return that has to be followed and if you subscribe you have to receive two shipments before you can cancel. I don’t see this as a ‘got cha’ as it is on the website. Read through it all before purchasing. I hope that you are like me and find this to be a great skin care line with helpful customer service.

I was getting sad to see bags under my eyes and thought oh no what the hell am I gonna do about this because I am very against surgery and unnatural procedures. I tried Froya’s “hyper potent dark circles, and bag eye balm” and I’m honestly amazed to tell you that my eyebags are completely gone and I have no idea how the gel-like substance could make that happen, but it did!!! I then purchased their “hyperfast eczema and psoriasis stopper for body and face” for a rash on my neck that would not clear up and was irritating as heck!! That worked overnight too. I am sincerely a customer for life now.

I already loved their anti aging products and have gained more respect for them as a company for stepping up to provide excellent customer service when I had a inquiry.
