I had a really good experience with Frøya Organic’s online customer service today. Even though the products turned out not to be quite right for me, the way I was treated was excellent. They were friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole interaction really positive. Great customer service like that makes such a difference!

Hey Emma! We're sorry the products weren't quite the right match, but honestly, your kind words about our customer service team mean so much. We believe that even when something doesn't work out, the experience should still feel good. Thank you for recognizing that, it really keeps us motivated! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The customer service was absolutely amazing - quick, supportive, and caring. I had an allergic reaction to one of the products and asked for a refund, to which the company responded in under 15min! The refund was also approved in the hour, and is in process. Overall very happy with the team though the product didn’t work, but if I do find a product to try later I am happy to support and have confidence in this company.

Aurora, thank you for this. We're so sorry the product caused an allergic reaction, that's never what we want. But we're really glad the team jumped on it so fast and got your refund sorted within the hour. That's exactly the kind of care we believe in. It means so much that you still have confidence in us even though that particular product wasn't the right fit. We'd love to help you find something that works for you in the future! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

FROYA definitely delivers amazing results with their products. I started using the mature skincare line seen outstanding results on my overall appearance of my skin. Looking younger, glowing. I then started with the 3 products on the mature Haircare line. I had breakage, dull lifelessness hair and it kept falling out. Everything I used didn’t change anything besides mask it until the next shampooing. I started using the Haircare August 4th and I have been receiving many compliments on how full, shiny and overall healthy hair my hair looks. I literally do nothing with it. No blow drying maybe on occasion I use the curling iron. I’m hooked I can’t wait to see if they come out with a conditioner

Cheryl, wow!! This is one of those reviews that makes everything worth it. Going from dull, lifeless hair with breakage to getting compliments on how full, shiny and healthy it looks? And all without blow drying? That is incredible. So glad the skincare line is delivering for you too with that younger, glowing look. You've made our day. Thank you so much for sharing all of this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
