The product line description was very inviting and I bought the Aging Skin Care package. I used it for a bit over two months but did not get the results I had hoped for. Maybe my skin type, or the weird New Mexico climate but it wasn't a match for me. I reached out to Customer Service to explain my results, sent photos and within a week, I had a response and a refund as was the guarantee. Customer Service was professional and kept their word. I am impressed by that and I do feel the products are well made.

I am always nervous trying a new online company. After reading the reviews, I gave Frøya a try. The products were very nice; however, I did not see a change in my skin in comparison to my previous products. With this in mind, I decided to cancel my subscription. I had difficulty making the cancellation on their website, which greatly concerned me, so I emailed customer service. Froya customer service emailed me back VERY quickly and canceled my subscription for me immediately. Ultimately, we’re all concerned of trying new companies and getting scammed- Froya is the real deal. Thank you, Froya, for a job well done!
