This product is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. Unfortunately, it made me break out - I have sensitive skin - but they remedied the situation. Despite that setback my skin felt amazing.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 12, 2026
Hey Nicole! Sorry to hear about the breakout, sensitive skin can definitely react differently. Really glad our team was able to remedy the situation for you and that despite the setback, your skin felt amazing. That says a lot about the product quality. Thanks for sticking with us and for this honest review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

SO HAPPY!! I have always struggled with dull, combination skin & eczema on my eyes & this is the first company in 15 years of trying different products, that I truly have seen a difference. I bought the anti wrinkle balm for my mum as well & she loves it. We are both forever customers !!

Camille!! This makes us SO happy right back. After 15 years of searching, the fact that you finally found something that works for your combination skin and eczema is everything. And you got your mum hooked too? Forever customers sounds perfect to us. Thank you both so much!! ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
