Customer service is terrific!
Customer service is terrific! I placed my order twice by mistake and emailed support. The next morning, I received a friendly, kind, quick and precise response, confirming that the order had been cancelled and that my reimbursement was on its way back to me. Now I am just excited to get the products I ordered.

Excellent customer service
This is my first time using this company. I contacted the company outside of their normal working hours with a query and they responded quickly and effectively. The product arrived as expected and with my first use I can see improvement on dry areas and more moisture. Looking forward to observing the full benefits over the course of the next few weeks.

Pro and contra Froya
One of product it wasn't work my skin type (Daily miracle balm),and the costumer service was great and fast ,they are refunded me one of product amount . Great Service! And the nightly balm it's works for me fantastic ,thank you !:)

Sensitive, dry and aging skin improved quickly!
My skin is very sensitive and dry, like the Sahara Desert. I am fifty four years old and uh, of course, have fine lines. And wrinkles. I have been using the Froya kit for 3 days and I am already seeing results! My skin loves it. Redness, irritation, and dryness is dramatically improved. I highly recommend Froya skincare!
