Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! Order automatically paid under subscription but I wasn’t ready for it yet. Emailed and cancelled and money returned straight away! Amazing product too ! Lasts longer than they suggest.

While I love the product
While I love the product, it unfortunately did not work for me. I have strange reaction sometimes to things and this seemed to have something that my skin did not like. Frøya was extremely helpful and understanding however which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company.

Customer service is excellent
Recently purchased the acne and rosasea, daytime glow and nighttime wrinkle. Skin felt like I had ointment and my hair was sticking. Reached out for support and was provided guidance in application and amount to use. We messaged a few times, and the support was super fast. Didn't even wait an hour before I was helped. Excited to continue to use the products and see how my skin improves.

Issue resolved promptly
The hair serum I ordered was damaged in shipping and the bottle leaked out. The support agent was able to get a new bottle sent out to me.

Frøya Organics support
The Frøya Organics products unfortunately did not work for me, but I followed the instructions and requested a refund and in less than 2 weeks they granted a full refund. They were also able to cancel my subscription for me since I was unable to do so online. Although I am sad that these products were not effective for me, the product support team has been amazing.

Awesome customer service!
I realized immediately after ordering that my shipping address was incorrect, so I contacted the company to see if they could possibly change it. The courtesy and customer service was awesome! In a world where you are often just a number, this company actually cares and will work to make you happy!
