Froya customer service responds quickly and is easy to work with. They truly guarantee their product and understand when it may not work for you. If you want to try their products, I wouldn’t hesitate after my positive experience with them.

One of my balms had broken in transit
One of my balms had broken in transit. The customer service person got a replacement shipped out to me the same day I emailed them. They were very responsive and helpful.

Trustworthy Skin Care
Such a beautiful, clean and pure botanical skincare line. It is both nourishing and restorative to your skin. It brought me peace of mind in using it. Customer service is as excellent as the products! I would highly recommend this company and their products.
