I reached out to inquire about and cancel a subscription order that I had not been expecting. I’m expecting their response to take hours, and when they do respond they’ll probably be trying to resist the refund and cancelling my subscription, but it was just the opposite! Within a few minutes the Froya team reached out and said they were investigating and would reach out. And within another few minutes I received and an email confirming that they have cancelled my order. Their immediate response and assistance was the best customer service I’ve ever had and immediately made me feel relieved.

Really wonderful product and GREAT customer service. I enjoy the product immensely, it gives my skin a great glow and it definitely shaves years off of my face!! But what I am most impressed about is their timely and considerate customer service. I received a very quick response to my inquiry, and also a very kind and helpful resolution to my inquiry, not a "too bad" sort of response that I am accustomed to getting from companies these days. I had a rough experience with the products. Unfortunately they were a little too harsh for my skin. I contacted customer support, and my products were immediately refunded. The person assisting me was so supportive and understanding. It took a total of maybe 30 minutes tops of email correspondence to sort things out. Even though their products weren't for me, I can confidently say that their customer support is top notch.
