I am so allergic to so many face creams…
I am so allergic to so many face creams etc and face cleaning products. I wanted so much for this product to work on my skin. It has only been a few days, but I love it.

I’ve used the day and night balm for…
I’ve used the day and night balm for over a year now and I love it it’s one of the simplest regimes to use and ensures you give your face a good massage both morning and night which is great for muscle support. I will continue using it as not only is it good for your skin. It’s very cost-effective. You need a tiny amount and the pots last for ages. The support team are very prompt efficient and friendly. I absolutely love my experience with Frøya!
I absolutely love this company! 🥰 The products have been so effective and wonderful. So grateful I took the chance to give Frøya a try... it's so much more than balms in a jar. It's empowerment. Fantastic communication and service
I accidentally ordered a product twice and the Froya team were fantastic and efficient in their communication and response to my request to cancel and refund the duplicated order. It was so appreciated and such a great experience.

Returns can be a nightmare, but not this one!
Despite not providing a name for reference the customer service agent with FROYA exceeded my expectations and not only assisted me until my issue was resolved, they did so without discontentment for the time it took to achieve this result. In the end, I was able to successfully complete my refund all while engaging in a pleasant transaction and forward thinking from the rep assisting me with videos and added written instruction.
