I had a little problem with my subscription and emailed Frøya. They were so warm and helpful, and quickly resolved my issue without any stress it was truly memorable. Also, I love their pure, organic products. It feels so good to trust that they come straight from nature and are gentle on the skin. I’ve fallen in love with the Night Balm 🧡

Perfect for sensitive skin
My skin is very sensitive and I never know what will bring about reactions, so I finally feel confident using a product that is completely natural and actually makes my skin look its best. My only disappointment is I’m unable to try your hair products!

I was sent a faulty spray bottle
I was sent a faulty spray bottle. I notified Froya customer service and received a quick response and they are sending me a replacement.

Very good experience.
I have been very impressed with the product. The customer service is very good too. I did have to follow up with the replacement of the broken item, but it was sent immediately after. The customer service team, or whomever is in charge of customer service and answering the emails, is kind, polite, professional, and on the ball.

The customer care is great!
The customer care is great! I'd made an order but then realised that an app had altered my address to an old one. I emailed Froya Organics urgently and received a swift reply. They were so helpful and altered my address to the correct one straight away so I was able to relax.
