I ordered the wrinkle eraser and the daytime glow cream, and I was so excited to try them. When the package arrived it was empty and I was a) furious 2) supremely disappointed. I reached out to the customer service team at Froya to complain. I was not expecting a resolution. But to my surprise I was helped extremely quickly, they went above and beyond, and I was so shocked and surprised. I really appreciate it and will remember this experience because of the way they dealt with it. Thank you kindly
