Truly sensational
This company not only has outstanding products which have given me fabulous results, my skin has never looked or felt better. Their customer service is exceptional, they listen and respond with kindness and so fast! I simply cannot recommend Froya more highly, if there was a 10 star rating I would give it wholeheartedly. Thank you Froya ❤️

Roanne, if there were 10 stars we'd want to earn every single one of them!! This review is absolutely beautiful, thank you. Knowing that your skin has never looked or felt better and that our team treats you with kindness is the greatest compliment we could receive. We're so grateful to have you as a customer. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Great customer service
The order arrived within 10 days, very good. One of the jars was broken in the package, and Frøya replaced it immediately. Great cutsomer service. I have been using the balm for dry skin for 2 days now. Too soon to say mora about it than: it feels good.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 25, 2026
Hey Marianne! So sorry about the broken jar, that's not the experience we want for you. But glad our team jumped in and replaced it right away. Excited for you to keep using the balm! Keep us posted on how your skin is feeling. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Great customer service
Great customer service! Very quick response. I was accommodated without question. From first order to recent questions, this company has been very informative and kind. Their emails and correspondence are informative and good reads. Full of more than skin care but also you care. Highly recommend this company.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 25, 2026
Hey Camilla! This is such a thoughtful review. We put a lot of care into our emails and correspondence because we genuinely want to share knowledge, not just sell products. So hearing you notice that means everything. Really appreciate the recommendation!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
