Great quality and great customer service
Froya Organics customer service is extremely cooperative and, like, they are always there, answering in few minutes. My opinion is that their goal is highest quality products together with extremely satisified customers :) Josipa M.

The product is exactly as described
The product is exactly as they describe. It's concentrated, you only need a very small amount and it does give you a 'glow'. I have a olive skin tone which works very well with the product but if I were quite pale I don't think the 'glow' would work and would possibly look strange. My wrinkles have also reduced. I am very happy.

I’m sold
I’m sold I started with just two items, to get a feel for these products and the people who represent them. Now I’m hooked. I gave one to my daughter and kept the other for myself. We both love them and how they make our skin feel and look. I found their service people to be patient and friendly, able to answer my questions and offer up suggestions for more efficient use of the product (I went through my jar more quickly than expected) Now I am considering which ‘package’ to purchase. I really love their products.

I absolutely love the product

Great customer service
I was considering buying a bundle of products today, and I added them to my basket, (still unsure wether to commit), and was possibly going to buy with PayPal, thinking I might be able to use their "pay in three" service, but within the shop app, I hit the button to pay, expecting to get the payment options, when the app actually just charged me at that point. Still unsure I emailed customer support, and liaised with Jason, who understood my issue, and dealt with resolving it in a timely manner, so I had the purchase refunded as I'm still on the fence. Jason replied to my emails swiftly, and courteously, and was very helpful all the way. I can't rate their products [yet] but my dealings with them was 5 star today

100% goede service.
Per ongeluk een abonnement op de skincare genomen. gelukkig wordt er snel en erg oplossingsgericht met je meegedacht. Hele goede samenwerking. en zo hoort het. Niet alleen de producten zijn eerlijk ook de medewerkers en de klantenservice!
