I needed my order refunded but since i…
I needed my order refunded but since i only saw an email i was skeptical of how quickly the response would be and if they'd actually help at all. But they answered almost right away! And my order was refunded with 0 pushback. THe product is great BTW!

I was going to wait a month before…
I was going to wait a month before reviewing but more than happy to share my current experience early. I read countless reviews and dove deep into your website prior to purchasing. I was looking for an easy, clean routine to help with my 40+ skin. I’ve used prescription retinol for many years but could never seem to get past the “uglies”. I was down to 2x a week prior to my purchase but still experienced some dryness. My initial worry was that the product would be thick, waxy or oily and potentially make me breakout. I can’t believe I’m saying this but with a high level of confidence , I have not used my tretinoin since I started and I am in completely love with your day and night balm! My skin complexion is more even, clear and more importantly not dry! The routine is SIMPLE and I find that slightly spritzing my face prior to application works beautifully for absorption. I’m trying to gauge how long the products will last , I’d say two weeks in that I’m approximately 3/4 full still.

Excellent experience
All my conversations with Froya have been very positive and any issues have been resolved promptly. It is nice not talking to a robot :) The products are really lovely, too.
