I recently lost my job…
Unfortunately I recently lost my job and when I received the email reminder notification for the upcoming subscription payment, I immediately sent an email to Froya asking if I can cancel my subscription under the uncontrollable circumstance. They immediately responded confirming that they have cancelled my subscription. I am so grateful for their understanding.

The absolutely nicest customer service…
The absolutely nicest customer service team. There was a mix up with the address and they helped redirect the package even after it had departed. I'm so grateful. Thank you!
