I luve their products. Now to explain further, I started using their face creams in July 2025 and truly as they advertise you need only a little to see the effects. I then started using their hair and scalp kit and wow! Such a transformation in my hair fall as well as my hair feel fuller and healthy. And last but most important their customer service response time and support is phenomenal.

Excellent Support
My first package was returned by the postal service during transit. Froya sent it to me again, and according to the postal service, it was delivered, but my mailbox remained empty. Customer support took care of everything, and after a while, I got my money back without any problems. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try out the products, but the customer support was first-class.

By far the best facial care!
Froya products are of very high quality. Healthy and effective like no other. By far the best facial care available. And the customer service is excellent too.

Very fine!!
I love the product. A Bit expensive maybe, but I like the pure nature of the product a lot. I haven’t reached half the pot of any of them and already received the next batch. This was too much for me of course and so I tried to cancel my subscription. It didn’t work at first as didn’t receive the email to unsubscribe. I asked help from support and after some days of emails back and forth about it, where they were nothing but supportive, my subscription is cancelled. I am satisfied. The products I bought haven’t transformed my skin, but I do still like them and use them.

My hairdresser says my hair is the best…
My hairdresser says my hair is the best it has ever been having used the products for two weeks! My hair has more fulness and body.

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing Customer Service. Answered within a couple of minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. Great company, great products but sadly a couple didn't work for me but the ones that do work are gorgeous?
