I have very sensitive skin and have trouble finding skin care that doesn’t trigger a negative reaction. It’s only been a few days but so far I’ve been impressed with Froya. No reaction and the product is very soothing.

Initially I did not receive my Froya…
Initially I did not receive my Froya purchase in Bulgaria. The Froyaorganics team helped me with the matter by resending the purchase (free of charge for me) and within days! Amazing and thank you very much for the good support.

Fabulous Skin Care - Outstanding Customer Service!
While submitting an order online during Froya's sale, I decided to go with a subscription. I was going to add a final item, got distracted, and my cart timed out. I submitted another order and needed assistance to combine them into 1 subscription. My experience with customer service was helpful and upbeat and left me with feeling like a valued customer.
