I love Froya Organics. The Mature Women line is a lovely set of skin products that make my skin ritual very uncomplicated. It is genius! I see a notable difference in my skin the longer I use it. The balm is very hydrating and softens my skin. Also, it is very emollient without being greasy. The customer service is excellent while being very responsive and helpful. The only negative issue for me is not having more flexibility with reorders. Instead of having a required reorder date that is too soon, it would be much appreciated to put a hold on my account instead of having to cancel after the second shipment. I definitely plan on continuing to order more products in the future. I am sure there is a better way to make this easier for your committed return customers.
