Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic! I received a broken jar and they issued a replacement immediately. I have been using these products for a couple of months now and love them. Can't wait to try some more.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. I had an issue where I was charged duties and should not have been and they immediately refunded them. I have also received immediate responses to any questions I have had regarding the products or my subscription.

I am happy with this product and the customer service
I am happy with this product. My skin loves the set and looks healthier and less wrinkly already. The Customer Service is really good too! I could not pause my subscriptions and dropped a note in the chat....they were all paused within like 20 minutes! They get back to you!!! Amazing! THX! KellyCoyote

I appreciate Froya’s great customer…
I appreciate Froya’s great customer service. I received a package with my order of hair care products and the day balm. The shampoo had leaked during delivery and they are sending a new one. I can’t wait to use my products and hope that they feel as good as they look!
