Product is wonderful but lasts quite a bit .. a little goes a long way. I had to delay my subscription. I simply sent an email to their customer service and within 10 minutes I had resolution.

Great customer service
I unfortunately had a bit of a skin flare up after using the product for a few weeks on my face. It’s lovely to use, super smooth and feels great but my skin is quite sensitive on my face so it didn’t work for me. It’s amazing for patches of eczema etc elsewhere and I also used it on my son’s hands as he gets dry skin in the winter, and it worked a treat! I contacted froya to let them know it didn’t work for me personally, not expecting anything other than to cancel my subscription. The person I spoke to was lovely, cancelled my subscription after I sent a photo of the irritation and also offered a partial refund which was not what I’d expected. I was very grateful. Even though it wasn’t for me the service received was top notch! Thanks team for a great experience. 🌸

J'ai toujours eu un bon service à la clientèle de la part de votre compagnie. Lors de ma dernière commande, des frais de douanes ont été appliqués. J'ai été très surprise car je n'avais pas été avisée et en ai fait part. J'ai immédiatement obtenu une réponse et un remboursement de mes frais à titre de geste commercial. Je vous en remercie.
