I had to cancel my subscription due to a heart bypass operation. Even though I had committed to 2 subscriptions, they very kindly cancelled after only one due to my health condition. Much appreciated this and I love the products so will be back when I can work again. Thank you. Lynne ❤️

Lynne, first of all, we hope your recovery from surgery is going really well. Your health always comes first, and we were more than happy to take care of the cancellation for you. No questions asked, that's just the right thing to do. We'll be right here whenever you're ready to come back. Wishing you all the best with your recovery! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

My daughter sent me a link to the Froya products, which are all organic. I love everything I’ve tried thus far, 7 different skin and hair products for mature women. I had a slight issue with a container and the company responded immediately, within the hour! They kindly solved the issue. Their customer service is beyond good. You can’t go wrong with Froya. sadly the product didn't work for me. (I have complex skin). However, it was SO easy to cancel my subscription. All I had to do was send an email to the support team and it was immediately canceled. I thought I was stuck in this subscription, but they agreed to cancel it. :)
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 7, 2026

I felt like the product took a little longer to arrive but it was packaged well, the website has so much great information. The information that arrived with my skincare set was great as well. The product also works great for my acne prone skin and my skin feels incredible. You can tell my skin barrier is actually healing and the texture is so improved after only a few weeks.
