Snelle levering, goede producten. Ook een snelle hulp bij de vervanging van een product dat beschadigd was.

Associates of FROYA always respond quickly to my enquiries about their products. They are friendly, helpful, and very supportive. The products arrived in just a few days, and so far, I'm loving the natural herbals on my face. The texture and color are far different from the ersatz chemical brands. I'm eager to see if my skin improves in a month or two.

Hey Sharon! "Astonishingly Supportive" just made us smile so big. We love that you can feel the difference with natural herbals compared to the chemical brands. That's exactly what sets our products apart. So excited for you to see how your skin improves over the coming weeks. Keep us posted! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Purchased anti aging products on a subscription, used for approx 2 months and was happy with the products but decided to go back to my usual routine. Contacted Froya to cancel, as I was tied into the subscription and could not do it on the website. I offered to pay the difference but was told it wasn’t necessary and the subscription was cancelled. Excellent customer support. Very easy to deal with and prompt correspondence. Zoe Chambers

Prompt, friendly, easy... so great!! I needed help refunding an order that was made by mistake and rather than the usual runaround that online business tend to give, the Frøya Organics Team handled the whole thing quickly and without making me feel like I had to plead my case. Just when I thought that customer service was dead, Frøya restored my faith. I will 100% be using their products in the future!!

Canadian Customs Charges I had to pay an extra shipping charge of $33 by Canadian Customs. I brought this to the attention of Froya Organics and they refunded the money immediately based on a photo I sent with the bill attached to the package. Great service!! Although I really like the rosacea stopper product I can’t afford to continue to buy the package of skin products if I am going to be charged customs every time without being reimbursed.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 9, 2026
Hey Mary-Lynn! Thank you for this feedback. We're glad we could get that customs charge refunded for you quickly. We totally understand the concern about recurring customs fees, and we want you to know that we are always here to help sort those out. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team if it happens again. We really appreciate you sticking with us and glad you love the rosacea stopper! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
