I have been shopping online for Christmas gifts and awaiting responses and tracking information but it seems across the board the responses are "shipping lable created, awaiting parcel" this was /is very frustrating when it has been over a week from ordering, so I began to cancel or try to cancel some thi gs, Freya order being one, I sent and email and within seconds they sent back estimated delivery and updates tracking, I couldn't e more pleased with their customer service!

Celine, the "shipping label created, awaiting parcel" experience is genuinely the worst, so we're really glad we could jump in and give you real answers within seconds. That's what we always try to do. Hope your Christmas gifts all arrived safely!! Thank you so much for sharing this. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Customer service was awesome. I emailed regarding an issue with my billing/subscription and was helped immediately. I’m at a deployed location, my cell service is lacking most of the time. I emailed during non business hours and was ensured I’d get the help during normal business hours which I was! I really appreciate my issue being resolved so quickly!
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 6, 2026
Desiree, first of all, thank you for your service!! And we're so glad we could be there for you even from a deployed location with limited connectivity. Knowing we could set clear expectations and then actually follow through on them means everything. We're always here when you need us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
