Great Customer Service. By lapse my package came without one of my ordered items and I had to contact support to let them know. I sent the email and 5minutes later I had a response and an order made without any costs of the missing item. It is already on the way. It was super fast and without any doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. No complications at all. Thank you. Mafalda Barreto

Kind and effective services after my package got lost god knows where. The company offered to re-ship or refund immediately. The person I was exchanging mails with was really helpful and friendly, so it was a very nice experience despite the fact I didn't get my products (yet :)).
