I have been wanting to try Froya for a long time. I finally ordered the hair growth serum, magic eraser balm and the rosemary thickening spray. Unfortunately, I have very sensitive skin and I started breaking out after a week. I was disappointed because the product felt and smelled amazing. I reached out to Froya, and they were very helpful on getting me a refund on the product. Fantastic customer service. I’ve been using these products for about 3 weeks and I’m loving it.My skin is so soft and more luminous.The only issue I have is with the eye cream-it’s a little greasy and would like it to absorb quicker.Although maybe a need to adjust the amount I’m using.

Unfortunately, the products didn’t work for me. Not that the products aren’t any good, they just did not work for me. However, the service was excellent. The product arrived in good time, and well packaged. But the service by the Froya Organics Team (in my special case) was excellent. Their response time to my emails was very quick, and the right questions were asked. We came to an agreement to the Froya refund practices, and I have given the products to a friend who loves them.
