Very quick to respond and resolve my issue even over a weekend. Took until Monday to activate a refund but I really appreciate the speedy reply and problem solving and understanding. Still using the product just wasn't ready for the next order and charge so soon. And I also appreciate the friendly exchange with emojis and all 🙏🏼😂🙌
