Great company!
Products are good and unique. Love the eye balm!!! Best part was their service when I tried contacting them with a few questions - was that they were very responsive & friendly!!!

So far so excellent

Product arrived damaged but the Customer Support team were amazing and reacted immediately replying and offering me a replacement or a refund and they even included a little gift to make up for the trouble!

Amazing product
Love the ingredients (plus not cut with water), love the glow, love the wholesome subtle scent. I look forward to putting it on every morning!

Great customer service and natural products
Received my acne kit and whilst I ordered it for me, my tween was very interested to see what I had ordered and wondered if she could also use it. I reached out via Instagram and very quickly got a response regarding my enquiry. I was pleased to hear that as all of the ingredients are natural, they should be fine to use (along with some additional instructions). Great customer service and can't wait for me and my daughter to start using our new products.

This was my first order from Frøya, and I was eager to try their night and day balms. Unfortunately, one item was incorrect, which was a bit disappointing—though understandable during busy times. Mistakes are inevitable, but a company's response can make all the difference. I was impressed by their handling of the issue. Upon noticing the error, I immediately emailed them. Within minutes, I received a reply confirming they had seen my message and were working on a solution. Eva kindly shipped the correct product and even suggested I keep the incorrect item as a gesture of appreciation—though this was unnecessary, it was very thoughtful. If the products match their excellent customer service, I plan to be a customer for life.

Amazing
Having a flare up of red itchy eczema I thought I'd give this company a go. Product arrived used it twice a day and 4 days later my eczema is nearly gone. Itching down to minimal and redness barely visible. Very impressed and will definitely look at purchasing more products.
