Firstly, customer service is tremendously responsive, even on a weekend; we're talking under a minute for the team to respond with personalized emails. Now to the product! I waited six weeks to see if I noticed a difference and the jury has returned with a unanimous verdict: ADORE! I absolutely love the products -- for once, something that lives up to its marketing hype! My skin is glowing and plump; I sent a friend before and after photos that are just one month apart and she could tell the difference that my skin now looks plumper and more hydrated; the lines and wrinkles have softened. The Day Glow must have carrot or another natural color, which gives the skin a healthy, imperceptible tint, so if you don't want to wear makeup, you can simply leave the house. The undereye balm is the best I have used - super emollient and hydrating; great for day or overnight use. The overnight balm isn't heavy, but it does its work overnight to restore the skin's elasticity. Having tried nearly every product in existence from drug store to department store to influencer and celebrity-touted creams and serums, I can say these are by far the most transformative products I have used and because they're organic, I can tell the skin is soaking them in.
