I placed two orders by mistake and realized as soon as I hit the place order button. I contacted Froya Organics customer service immediately by email to which they contact me back in a very timely manner. They also place a refund right away. I am very happy with this customer service and it made me feel very comfortable to work with them. I would advise anybody if they have a problem to contact customer service and I am looking forward to start using their product. Thank you

I accidentally hit submit for what I thought would be entering my discount code, but actually hit submit for the order to go through, when I wasn't ready. So I emailed customer service to cancel the order. Not only did they get right back to me with in minutes, but cancelled my order a head of when they said they would be able to (as it was a Sunday). They also confirmed and sent a follow up email as they processed everything. Great customer service all around.
