Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, friendly and thorough in explanation. The products are fantastic but I didn’t need my next order just yet as the products are so densely concentrated. I was able to cancel the automated order for which I am very thankful.

Customer service makes me happy
As I have not yet received my goods, I can only share my experience with customer service at this point. I had forgotten to redeem my welcome voucher and sent an email to customer support asking if there was any way to do so retrospectively. The next day, I received a reply stating that the value of the voucher would be refunded.

Simple and so effective
I am lucky enough to be a senior citizen often complimented on her skin. But I just reached a milestone birthday and my skin looked tired. Then I tried your glow balms and my skin plumped up and glowed immediately. I'm in love!

I love the quick human responses from customer service! No automated responses... a real human with genuine communication. I misunderstood some pricing but they accomodated me anyway! GREAT customer service!!
