Great and fast service
The products arrived damaged, but within five minutes of emailing customer service I had confirmation of a new order. Great and fast service! Looking forward to trying the products!

I created an order by accident when the…
I created an order by accident when the Shop app processed my card as I was trying to click the back button. When I saw that the order had been confirmed, I went to the website right away and provided all of the information I had from the order confirmation. They responded and let me know that the order had not yet been processed, charged, or shipped, and advised me to email their customer support team as soon as possible to request cancellation. The representative that got the email was able to cancel the order before it was processed and issue a full refund to my card. I truly appreciate how quickly and helpfully everything was handled.

So far so good
So far so good! Been using almost a month and I’m loving using minimal products and having a much simpler skin care routine. I have noticed less oil production and have not had a single new spot. Old spots have cleared up too. Just waiting for the scarring to start to fade but I am hopeful!

The customer service at Froya is…
The customer service at Froya is amazing! I had to return the skin care products and they were very helpful and refunded my money. They are definitely a company that keeps their word.
