It was a simple request, I forgot to type in a code that would give me a small discount. I reached out to customer service right away and in Angelina’s capable hands it was taken care of -immediately. I also asked whether there was chamomile in any of their products as I am allergic to them. Angelica followed up right away. In this day and age I am always a bit surprised when I get a positive customer experience-it is not always the norm. My face feels great after using the under eye cream and the night cream. Under my eyes look better, too, which I noticed within 2 weeks. I've seen complaints that Froya is an MLM (which it is not) or that they sign up for subscription and can't get it cancelled. I simply ordered one of each product. No hassles.
