I received immediate attention followed by exceptional customer service from Froya. Unfortunately, my skin is not suited to one of the products so I requested a refund. My concern was taken to heart and the company responded with compassion and understanding. Moreover, a refund was issued that day. I very much appreciate companies that stand behind their products and honor their return policy. I highly recommend this company

Eri and all of the team I have interacted with have been very kind and professional. I love the products but somehow timing for shipments got way off. I was able to return and get reimbursed unused, unopened product. I will continue to use them!
