I wish I could give Froya Organics 10 stars instead of just 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I received my order for their mature skin care routine, I absolutely fell in love with the packaging and have attached a picture of the pretty bottles. I truly feel like I’m spoiling myself each morning and night with their magical wrinkle eraser night balm and eye balm. It truly feels like I’m applying a magic potion on my face. And the smell is divine. I love love love the glow on my face after I apply the anti-age day glow balm. I look like I have a sun kissed natural glow. You don’t need to use a lot at all so one of their beautiful packages will last you a very long time. This is such a treasure that I highly recommend this for gifts for special occasions such as a Mother’s Day gift. It’s truly such a pampering experience using their natural organic products. 10 Stars all around. ✨✨✨✨✨

VN was great--professional, personable and effective! I purchased a second product by mistake and VN was prompt with helping me return it with a courtesy shipping label and refund. We had to email on several occasions and VN always got back to me quickly. Good customer service really matters when things don't go as planned and VN came through!

I began using Froya Organics last winter when I ordered the Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin. With the colder months approaching and after reading about their beautiful organic, arctic herb–based ingredients, I felt called to give it a try. While I continue using my regular skincare staples (cleansing and sunscreen), Froya Organics has been a perfect complement to my daily routine. The products feel nourishing, supportive, and deeply aligned with caring for skin through seasonal changes. I truly love these products — so much so that I just ordered the hand balm to help protect and soothe my hands through the cold weather. Highly recommend. Five stars without hesitation. ✨

I am still in shock. I woke up to an email today that my order was on its way. I didn't realize that I signed up for a subscription and I freaked out! I immediately emailed them and the nicest person got back to me right away and told me she handled it and I've already seen the credit go back to my credit card. I absolutely love the products, but I am not financially in a position to subscribe to the big package. I plan on ordering them one at a time. I have never experienced customer service like this.
