The products smell fresh and clean…
The products smell fresh and clean giving me a really good overall vibe when opening the jars and massaging into my skin. The first shipment leaked quite a bit in shipment, and after reaching out to customer service they sent me a new set which I am thankful for. It's still very new and I feel like my bare skin is happier already, but mostly the face wash has my eyes wide ... its tricky to figure out how to use without wasting it or making a mess, but it makes my skin SO SO SO soft! I'm in love. Can't wait to see where the line takes my complexion.

I received a product that had been…
I received a product that had been damaged in transit and the majority of the product had leaked out and was all over my purchase. Froya was absolutely fantastic about helping me out with the issue and sent out a new one immediately. I got before I even realized they were replacing it! The products are amazing and the customer service is above and beyond fantastic! I will always be a loyal customer!

I had a great experience with Froya Organics. The customer service team, specifically Ale, responded quickly to my request and helped me out! Still waiting for the products to arrive, but so far, I've had a fantastic experience with this company.

Their customer service is great
Their customer service is great. They respond right away with questions. My daughter recommended the day balm and am so glad I got it. Love this product. It is a clean product Been using only a week but am so glad I got it

Great Customer Service
I received my order and 2 of the items had leaked in shipping. I reached out to the support email and have 2 new items on their way! Great customer service!

When the wrong item was accidentally…
When the wrong item was accidentally sent to me, Froya made it right, made it right quickly and with the best customer service I could’ve asked for. If I wasn’t already in love with this brand (which I was), I am definitely a devotee now!
