It’s already working! I’ve tried every expensive organic brand to no avail. Sometimes it’s even been made worse. This stuff works
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 16, 2026
Krista!! "This stuff works" might be the most satisfying thing we can hear. Especially after you've tried so many other brands without luck. We're thrilled that our products are finally giving you the results you deserve. Thank you for giving us a shot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

One week in! So moisturizing! I LOVE how my skin feels so soft. I love it even more knowing that the products are all natural. Thank you!

Dana, this makes us so happy! That soft, moisturized feeling is exactly what we're going for. And yes, everything is all natural, no compromises. It only gets better from here. Thank you!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Excellent customer service experience! This is key for me when I'm purchasing from a company online. Every email I sent off was responded to quickly and escalated as needed by the Frøya team. They were able to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. Pretty amazing.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 16, 2026
Toni, thank you for this!! We know how important it is to get quick and real support, especially when you're shopping online. The team takes that seriously, and hearing that we resolved everything in less than 24 hours is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to. Really glad you had a great experience. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Sadly this product didn’t suit me. It felt amazing, looked amazing and smelt amazing, however I found the pigment to strong and it left me looking a little yellowish. I contacted the company and they suggested ways to use it. Unfortunately I still felt uncomfortable wearing the product. Once again I contacted them and explained. They partially refunded me, no qualms. I’ve passed the product on to a friend (more sallow complexion ) and hopefully they will enjoy this gorgeous product.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 16, 2026
Sharon, thank you for such a thoughtful and honest review. We're sorry the pigment wasn't the right match for your complexion, but we're really glad we could help with suggestions and get you a partial refund without any hassle. That's so kind of you to pass it along to a friend too! If you ever want to try something else from our range, don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love to help you find the perfect fit. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had to cancel a subscription and only remembered I\d set one up when Froya sent an email to say the next batch was on its way. They are very understanding, cancelled the subscription, delivery and refund. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 16, 2026
Hey! We totally get it, sometimes things come up and you need to cancel. We always want that process to be easy and stress free. So glad we could sort out the subscription, delivery, and refund for you. We'd love to have you back anytime! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I’m yet to receive my first order, but am already impressed with the customer support who I contacted to see if they could help with a delivery delay (my parcel was stuck in transit for 9 days and I couldn’t get details about the reason out of the carrier tracking website or contact them to find out what was going on). One day after I contacted Froya customer support, the situation was unblocked, my order arrived in the destination country and is expected to be delivered imminently! I really look forward to trying the products - I have read so many positive reviews!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 14, 2026
Hey Diane! So glad our team could help get that delivery sorted out for you. Parcel delays are so frustrating and we always do everything we can to track things down and get them moving. Happy to hear it arrived and can't wait for you to try the products! Thanks for the kind words 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I received a defective jar and sent them an email describing the situation. Customer service responded quickly and promptly and is shipping out a replacement order. I really appreciate it because I love their product so far. I've only used their system twice and my skin looks and feels great. This is coming from a busy mom of two young children running on little sleep. I often feel depleted, but notice that my skin already appears more vibrant. Can't wait to continue to see how my skin looks in a month. Thank you!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 16, 2026
My Nhung, this is such a beautiful review! First off, sorry about the defective jar, but glad we got that replacement out to you fast. And as a busy mom of two little ones running on not enough sleep, the fact that your skin is already looking more vibrant after just two uses is incredible. You deserve that glow! Can't wait to hear how things look in a month 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
