So glad to have found Froya Organics
I swear by the Joint and Arthritis Balm and so do my mom and my seamstress! The website is super use friendly and their customer service is top notch. They respond in a timely, courteous, and helpful way every time. Thank you, Froya Organics!

For dry skin, try this at least once
Froya is the best skin care I’ve found in the market. I can tell the difference that makes it well above its competitors. The ingredients are clean. It does not have overpowering scents. Just natural. I had some issues with wrong item shipped to me. I emailed and received a reply within 1 business day. Anjelica was very prompt with her response. She reached out to the Department to clarify the issues and resolved within 2 days. I am very appreciative of her support. I love the Froya products. I know how much she values being part of the Froya family. She takes pride in her job! Kudos Anjelica!

Wonderful customer service!
J. Mick was a very helpful and kind customer service representative at Froya. He walked me through the process and was there every step of the way. I loved the fact he stayed with me during this and I didn't have 3 or 4 others try and help me. He was wonderful and it was an incredible experience. Thank you, J., Mick!

Anjelika was very prompt in assisting me with my most recent order. I had received the wrong item and immediately after notifying Froya Organics and supplying them with the information needed, Anjelika got the correct item shipped to me. Prompt, efficient customer service they offer that I appreciate!
