56F the Ultra-Fast Relief Balm for Dry, Itchy Skin – For Body & Face got rid of my crepe skin within days. I am also less itchy, skin is less inflamed and softer. Amazing.

Heather, cured within days?! That is amazing! The Ultra-Fast Relief Balm really is something special. So glad it helped with the crepe skin, itchiness, and inflammation. Less inflamed and softer sounds like a total win. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I'm 59, with minimal wrinkles for my age, but skin looks tired, unbalanced and showing lots of sun damage. I'm only a couple weeks into using the mature skin products and already seeing positive results. I have tried numerous "high end" products and these are the first products that seem to have permanent effects (no change if I skip a day)and are not harsh on my skin. My dark circles under my eyes are lightening, my skin feels more balanced, smoother, fine lines are diminishing and skin tone is more even.

Kristine, we love hearing this!! Dark circles lightening, smoother skin, fine lines diminishing, more even skin tone? You're checking every box and we're so here for it. And the fact that these seem like permanent, lasting results compared to the "high end" products you've tried before? That's exactly the difference real, natural ingredients make. Thank you for sharing this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago and have not received any updates on when it will be delivered. I emailed the support contact available and received an answer that they are looking into it with the warehouse - I have yet to receive any further updates as to delivery date (four days later, and despite me sending daily follow up emails). Not very happy with the customer service. Edit: Froya followed up and made good on the delivery. Thank you.

Hei Chrislee, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the delay and the lack of updates at the beginning. At that time, your case was already assigned and the agent assisting you was on their scheduled days off, which unfortunately caused a gap in communication, something we’re actively working to improve. Once we became aware of the situation, I personally stepped in to review your case, and we were able to resolve everything together, including arranging delivery around your travel dates and processing the refund. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right. We’re always here if you need anything further. Eri Customer Support Manager Frøya Organics

I contacted Froya Organics customer support because I felt little small bumps that had formed in my wrinkle night cream; I asked what I should do. JK replied and explained that I could to securely tighten the lid, put the jar in a hot water bath and wait for it to melt, remove until it. The beeswax should blend, once solidified it's good to go. I boiled water in a container in the microwave, removed once boiling and placed my jar in it until it cooled enough to remove by hand. I felt a couple of bumps still there, but when I rubbed in the cream it melted into my skin perfectly. I did the water bath again and now it's perfect. I can't recommend JK as a customer service rep highly enough, she solved my problem simply efficiently and effectively - oh and she replied back to me within what seemed like less than an hour or two from when I first reached out by email. Can't get much better customer service than that, thank you JK. Now that I understand what happened it makes sense, it's winter season after all. Many thanks, Allison, a satisfied customer.

Hey Allison! Thank you for this awesome review. I'll pass the love along to JK, she'll be so happy to hear this! And great call on the winter season explanation. Because our products use real, natural beeswax with no synthetic stabilizers, temperature changes can sometimes cause those little bumps. The hot water bath trick works like a charm every time. So glad the cream is now perfect for you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Selling a product is one thing, but supporting your customer is another. The team at Froya Organics go above and beyond to provide continuous education and respond quickly to inquiries via email. I'm a new customer and have only been using their products a few days so I can't speak to their effectiveness yet but I will be back with a product review in the near future. Thank you - Sue Anderson
