I had to contact customer service…
I had to contact customer service regarding a small issue with items shipped. JK responded promptly, provided clear instructions. JK was very friendly, personable, and very helpful. The entire communication took probably 5 minutes of my time and was also resolved in that timeframe as well. As someone who worked in customer service for 21 years I have to say, the service I received was an absolute 10. Just like the products, they are all amazing.

Highly recommend
After almost 2 weeks of using these products, I've noticed my skin tone is more even. I tend to have oily skin, but I've also noticed that my face looks and feels less greasy at the end of the day.

I love all the products and I had…
I love all the products and I had ordered something but the wrong product came in. I let the Support know and within the day I had my original order coming to me and I got to keep the mistake. Believe in this company it’s a good one.

Froya Customer Service is top-notch
Froya Customer Service is top-notch! In a minor mixup of receiving a product I didn’t order, they quickly addressed the issue with grace and kindness. This type of personalized customer service is rare these days, but very appreciated! Keep up the good work, Froya!
